Another commission project for the owner of the Red Phantom I completed previously, this is the 1/100 scale Water Dragon from Volks. One of the iconic mecha from the series Five Star Stories. Out of box build and really straight forward. Resin was cast really clean and had very little clean up and seams.

Paint is all Mr.Color as usual, but this time I tried out the new Mr. Crystal Color. I put a thin coat over all of the white and silver metallic areas of the Mr. Crystal Color Sapphire Blue to give the armor an awesome blue pearl finish. When the light hits it the blue pearl looks amazing! I’d highly recommend checking them out.
