Tonight I continued work on the base plate for Saber to stand on. I had sprayed the base with a coat of primer the previous evening, and now was able to paint it, and begin a bit of weathering to start making it look like stone. The photos below show the stages of progress: Primer [...]

Today I was able to finish up Saber and assemble her. There’s a bit of touch up here and there, but she is pretty much complete. Paint is Mr. Color Character Blue mixed with Mr. Color Phthalo Cyanne Blue. The blue and white is then coated with a blue pearl clear made from future floor [...]
